About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Housing Retrofit team to support the delivery of the new Warm Homes programme; providing a professional and high-level customer experience; and providing the team with administrative support to assist with the delivery of the programme and contracts, to improve the energy efficiency to residents' homes.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver the Warm Homes programme and associated contracts.
* Provide professional, high-level customer experience.
* Assist with administrative support for programme delivery.
* Improve energy efficiency for residents' homes.
* Maintain effective team working and develop partnerships.
Qualifications and Characteristics
* Dynamic and flexible with a can‑do attitude.
* Strong focus on delivery and ability to organise workload independently.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* High competency with IT, especially Word and Excel.
* Experience in housing retrofit or knowledge of the Government’s retrofit programmes is ideal.
* Customer experience and strong administrative background required.
