Responsibilities
* Operate as a fully hands‑on leader, creating a stimulating and exciting nursery setting.
* Serve as part of the management team and act as a role model to other staff.
* Encourage and motivate colleagues to demonstrate best practices and support their professional development.
* Plan children’s learning and development activities in line with EYFS learning outcomes.
Qualifications
* Minimum one year’s experience at a Level 3 early years position.
* Good knowledge of the EYFS learning outcomes.
* Experience or qualification as a Room Leader is preferred.
