We are seeking an outstanding Behaviour Mentor to join our enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with complex yet rewarding children in a learning environment. You will collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals, taking responsibility for planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals or groups, monitoring pupils, and recording their progress. You will adopt effective behaviour regulation strategies in line with school policies to support all pupils' achievement.

Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Young Offender Behaviour Mentor to work with young people aged 11 to 16 in a Pupil Referral Unit setting. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and help them access education, providing guidance both in the classroom and for their social and emotional development.
