North East Scotland College is seeking a proactive and strategic leader to spearhead the development of training initiatives and sponsorship opportunities. This role involves engaging with regional employers and employability partners to identify and enhance collaborative opportunities, while supporting the College’s Business Development Strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and skilled organiser with a positive, can-do attitude, capable of building strong operational relationships both internally and externally. Your ability to spot new opportunities and drive innovation will be key to diversifying our training portfolio and achieving business growth.
Part Time option Available - a minimum of 3 days (21 hours per week)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. A Degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification (SCQF Level 9)
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
1. Proven experience of developing and implementing new initiatives to support positive customer outcomes.
2. Experience of managing commercial contracts which ensures mutually beneficial outcomes.
3. Experience of managing teams across different disciplines.
4. Proven track record of managing quality outcomes within a business environment
5. *Proven experience of developing and implementing new training programmes for private, public and third sector clients
6. *Proven experience of contributing to curriculum planning.
7. *Experience of planning and evaluating services including developing and contributing to self-evaluation reports and action plans.
SKILLS AND ABILITY
