What you’ll do
You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to design, implement, and manage backup and recovery services across on‑premises, multi‑cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) environments. Your role includes:
* Designing, migrating, and operating backup solutions, ensuring high availability and resilience.
* Integrating Rubrik backup with external platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, vSphere, Azure AD using REST APIs and automation tools (Ansible).
* Managing cloud compute, storage, and configurations to deliver repeatable, scalable, and highly available solutions.
* Applying service‑management frameworks (ITIL, risk, incident, problem, change, SLAs).
* Rapidly delivering minimal viable solutions and prioritising the most impactful work.
* Supporting regulatory compliance efforts for GDPR, DORA and other data‑protection frameworks.
What we’re looking for
Hands‑on experience in implementation, migration, operations, and support of backup applications.
* Strong expertise with Rubrik backup across multi‑cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) and on‑premises environments.
* Experience integrating Rubrik with external tools, REST APIs, and automation via Ansible.
* Deep understanding of cloud compute, storage, and system configurations for scalability and resilience.
* Familiarity with ITIL service‑management practices and incident/problem/change processes.
* Capability to deliver results rapidly, prioritising high‑impact work and continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of GDPR, DORA and related compliance framework implementations.
