Job Description JOB PURPOSE Carry out scheduled maintenance activities in line with the VMI requirements Complete daily repairs and inspections on the Rail Grinder fleet To be competent in Grinder maintenance, repairs & fault finding Maximise machine availability KEY RESULT AREAS Undertake duties in line with agreed roster Maintain competency in line with role requirement Report any defects found on machine & carry out repairs within required competency level for the role, as directed. Performance of machine following the completion of maintenance tasks When undertaking machine-based duties you are responsible for the overall machine condition including documentation, tooling, spare parts, consumables, safety equipment, waste disposal and your PPE Compliance with all company policies & procedures, including Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental Utilise IT equipment provided to update and access Apps and Programs associate with your role (FAMS, Q-Pulse etc) Engage with your Line Manager to identify and implement continuous improvement activities
