The Original Factory Shop is recruiting a Store Manager to join the Romsey team. Established in 1969, we bring big brands at bargain prices to Britain’s local high streets with stores nationwide across multiple departments including fashion, beauty, home & more. Responsibilities
* Lead the store team and be passionate about engaging with customers.
* Maximise the business by acting quickly and continuously seeking new ideas.
* Lead from the front and ensure all colleagues deliver a great customer experience.
* Encourage engagement with the local community to achieve top results.
* Balance hard work with a fun, positive work environment.
Qualifications
* Retail Management experience with a passion for delivering great customer service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales- and results-driven environment.
* Ability to motivate, manage and support a team.
* Open to candidates currently in roles such as Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager.
