Set professional development goals with the mentor. Create an action log to work towards goals. Attend regular meetings with your mentor (a minimum of 1 per month). Be respectful of your mentors’ time, and the relationship boundaries you set. Provide regular feedback to the mentor programme coordinator. Provide final feedback on the mentoring relationship after 12 months. Structure of the programme: Apply online- personal information, along with the skills you would like to develop. Matched with a Mentor. Set up first meeting- agree goals and actions. Regular contact with Mentor- at least 1 in person or teams meeting per month. Feedback to Mentor programme coordinator every 3 months. Final meeting after 12 months. Final feedback to Mentor programme coordinator after 12 months.
