Service Coordinator
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum + quarterly bonus

Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (½ hour lunch)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Office-Based

Key Responsibilities:
* Log new service calls and liaise with customers.
* Plan and schedule daily tasks for your allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements.
* Maintain and update the database.
* Provide timely updates to customers regarding ongoing orders.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
* Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience with Joblogic is essential.
* Proven experience in a varied scheduling / service admin role within a busy environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Professional and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organised with exceptional prioritisation skills.
