As we expand our football and padel offerings across London, Powerleague is on the lookout for brilliant Assistant Managers to help lead the charge at our buzzing clubs across London and nearby.
What's the Role?
As Assistant Manager, you'll be the go-to support for your Club Manager — leading the team, driving energy on and off the pitch, and helping deliver unbeatable customer experiences. If you're ready to take your leadership game up a level, this is your time to shine.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead by Example: Support and energise your team to deliver 5-star service and unforgettable football moments.
* All About the People: Help train, coach and motivate your crew — from bar staff to match-day heroes.
* Operations Pro: Get hands-on with day-to-day club management, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.
* Customer Obsessed: Ensure every guest has a top-tier experience — whether they're here for a casual kickabout or a cup final.
