Overview

Derby College Group are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our administrative team based at our Joseph Wright Centre campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting leadership and ensuring smooth departmental operations. Responsibilities

* Coordinate communications across campus and curriculum areas, ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations.
* Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, manage resources, and maintain effective systems.
* Organise events and inspections and support strategic projects while delivering excellent customer service to ensure consistency and quality across the college.


About You

You’re an organised and adaptable professional with strong IT and communication skills. You are experienced in busy office environments, thrive under pressure, and can manage multiple tasks with ease. You are customer-focused, collaborative, and confident using Microsoft Office. You bring a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach, along with problem-solving skills and professionalism. A Level 3 qualification in administration or customer service is essential.
