Join Our Team as a School Receptionist!
Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about creating a warm welcome for everyone who walks through the door? We’re looking for a School Receptionist to be the smiling face and first point of contact at our busy, vibrant school.
What you’ll do:
* Be the welcoming voice for parents, pupils, and visitors
* Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk enquiries with professionalism
* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the school office
* Assist with administrative tasks to keep everything organised and efficient

* A people person with excellent communication skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence using IT systems (training provided if needed)
* A positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

🕒 Hours: 8.15am-4.15pm Monday to Friday
