Project Manager – Audio Visual Corporate & Private EventsLocation: London & Surrounding AreasSalary: £50,000 – £60,000Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pmWorking Pattern: Office & Site Based (Hybrid after probation)We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team within the AV and live events industry. This is a hands-on role managing the full delivery of high-end corporate and private events across London and surrounding areas.You'll take ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery and post-event completion, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard. The role requires a strong technical understanding of audio, video and lighting systems, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in live events, enjoys working both in the office and on-site, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end delivery of live event projects from brief through to completionMeet with clients to understand requirements, prepare quotations, and present project proposalsOversee projects valued up to £250K while managing multiple live projects at any one timeCoordinate and manage both freelance contractors and permanent technical staffConduct site visits, client meetings, and supervise technical teams during event deliveryMaintain project budgets, timelines, logistics, and overall client satisfaction throughout the processRequired Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in event project management within the AV/live events industryStrong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systemsExperience managing corporate and/or private events from concept to deliveryExcellent organisational, communication, and client management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentFull UK driving licence preferredDesired SkillsExperience using AutoCADKnowledge of current rental management software platformsBenefitsHybrid working available after successful completion of probationPrivate healthcareDental coverCompany sick payMileage expenses covered£50 birthday giftLong service rewardsHow to applySubmit your application or contact Rebecca Barnes-Hudson on the details providedSER-INTPBN1_UKTJ
