Qualifications:
* Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, staff scheduling
* Experience in retail operations including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
* Experience in creating and executing in-store events
* Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to work in the country
