Banking Operations ASL Senior Administrator

Reports to the Manager, Banking Operations
The purpose of this position is to carry out day-to-day processes that support the maintenance and control of Authorised Signatory Lists, under the direction of the Banking Operations Manager.
What you'll be doing
* Administration activities around the main Aztec jurisdictional Authorised Signatory Lists, both standard and non-standard lists.
* Updating of the Authorised Signatory List register (Cygnetise).
* Maintaining records of bank contact information and contact protocols
* Monitor the receipt of daily request for ASL changes
* Support Client Facing Teams/Co-Secs with any requests, queries or issues.
* Provide reports on performance to Senior Management.
* Be a point of contact for external platform provider and banks as required
* Carry out other tasks that may be required as part of the wider Banking Team.
What we're looking for
* Banking and Authorised Signatory List experience preferred.
* Basic technical knowledge (relevant in-house training to be provided through the Aztec Academy).
* Computer literacy skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Positive and proactive approach.
* Some travel may be required.
