Project Administrator - Temporary for 4-6 weeks \n\nWe have a great opportunity for a Project Administrator to work on a temporary basis,\n\nto start asap, for 4-6 weeks. Based in Christchurch.\n\nTo start asap, for 4-6 weeks\n\nProject Administrator\n\nPay Rate £14/hr to £15/hr dependent on experience\n\nMon to Fri - 9am to 5pm - 30 min lunch break\n\nWorking fully on site\n\nBased in Christchurch\n\nFree parking\n\nPurpose:\n\nThis role will help support our clients Resource Planning and Projects team.\n\nYou will ideally have experience of working within a busy project support role and be a confident communicator, on the phone, face to face and by email. \n\nDuties & tasks:\n\nProvide administration to the project team\nAssist with timesheets and queries\nAssist with resource requirements - transport, accommodation and plant for new contracts\nTrack job progress and orders\nRaise POs and obtain quotes\nReview invoices and match with PO numbers\nAssist in implementation of new project / planning software\nYou must have excellent organisational skills \n\nPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
