Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 days, Monday to Friday, between 06:00 am and 14:00 pm

Royal Mail is now recruiting for Network Distribution System Administrators. If you can work well under pressure and are friendly and professional, you are the type of person we're looking for.
About the role
To ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our fleet, the Network Distribution System Administrator will carry out the following tasks:
* Ensure that the Distribution Management System is kept up to date with correct daily data input, and all drivers are de-briefed at the end of their duty.
* Maintain CDU/FTA system data, recording HGV driver hours to comply with European legislation.
* Issue vehicle keys and log books according to Royal Mail standards.
* Download digital tachograph cards in line with Royal Mail policy.
* Conduct daily debriefs with drivers, passing unresolved issues to the shift manager.
* Ensure planned vehicle maintenance is carried out and records are kept up to date.
* Full training will be provided.
