Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Identify and onboard new merchants, helping them increase order volume and GMV; responsible for driving sales revenue and expanding market share.
2. Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants and establish beneficial partnerships.
3. Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, resolve issues, improve merchant satisfaction and service quality, and ensure smooth operations.
4. Conduct regular visits to merchants to provide support and manage promotional materials.
5. Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs promptly and effectively.
6. Manage and update backend settings for each merchant to ensure data accuracy and streamline operations.
7. Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery teams to maximize GMV.
Job Requirements
1. Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
2. Prior experience in negotiation, sales, or marketing management is preferred.
3. Experience in internet companies is a plus.
4. Strong time and project management skills, with effective prioritization.
5. Market trend awareness and data analytics skills.
6. Commercial acumen, enthusiasm for working with restaurants, resilience to rejection, and excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Strong teamwork skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and capable of managing negotiations independently.
