Associate Dentist Opportunity – Ice Surgeries (Rushcliffe / Nottinghamshire)
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + possible Saturdays

At Ice Surgeries, we are looking for an Associate Dentist who wants to do excellent dentistry and be part of something bigger than themselves. We are a busy, well-established mixed practice with a strong NHS base and significant private opportunity, and we are looking for a clinician to join us on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with possible Saturdays.

Who we're looking for
This role would suit a dentist who:
* Is confident delivering high-quality NHS care, while being keen to grow private dentistry
* Has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and enjoys helping patients improve confidence as well as oral health
• Is committed to continuous learning and has completed (or is currently undertaking) additional postgraduate training/courses
* Has an interest in modern techniques and digital dentistry
* Is a strong team player who thinks about the wider team and patient journey — not just themselves
* Is loyal, hardworking, reliable, and professional in their approach
* Wants to build a long-term role in a practice that values standards, growth and kindness
Clinical scope and development
There is excellent scope for the right clinician to develop a varied and rewarding role across both NHS and private dentistry, including:
* General and restorative dentistry
* Cosmetic dentistry
* Composite bonding / smile enhancement
* Crowns and onlays
* Clear aligner treatment
* Facial aesthetics (where appropriately trained)
* Implant dentistry (where trained and appropriate)
We are particularly interested in someone who is excited by modern dentistry, enjoys learning, and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive environment.
Digital dentistry / modern practice environment
We are investing in a modern, progressive way of working and are keen to recruit a clinician who shares that outlook.
* iTero scanner in practice
* Interest in digital workflows and contemporary treatment planning welcomed

* We currently work with Straumann and Megagen implant systems

Remuneration
* UDA rate from £12.50
* Private sliding scale based on experience, skills and role contribution
