Milk Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to work across a range of welcoming nursery and early years settings.
We have full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities available, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced practitioners or those looking to build their career in early years education.
The Role
1. Support children aged 0–5 in their learning and development
2. Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
3. Monitor and record children’s progress
4. Support feeding, toileting, and daily routines
5. Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
6. Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
7. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential for qualified roles)
8. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
9. Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
10. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills
12. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
