As a Handyman at Gloucester house you will play a crucial role in ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for the vulnerable individuals we support.

General Maintenance & Repairs
* Undertake a variety of reactive and planned repairs, including minor plumbing, tiling, joinery, basic electrical work, and fixture replacements.
* Carry out minor carpentry works such as fitting doors, repairing furniture, or securing loose fittings.
* Conduct fault diagnosis and report more complex repairs to the Maintenance team or escalate appropriately.
Painting, Decorating & Property Presentation
* Carry out interior and exterior painting and decorating works, including wall preparation, sanding, priming, and finishing.
* Perform cosmetic repairs to ensure properties are clean and welcoming for new occupants.
* Prepare vacated units for re-letting, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
* Remove waste and discarded items
* Identify and complete minor repairs required to bring voids back to lettable standard.
