Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to manage time effectively and provide exceptional customer service will contribute to the overall experience of our patrons.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
* Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
* Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Experience
* Previous experience in a café or food service environment is must .
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
* Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is preferred.
* A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience.

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
