About the role - This senior position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team within a prestigious luxury automotive business. The Prestige Vehicle Sales Manager will drive commercial performance, oversee stock and sales operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service and brand excellence. The ideal candidate is a confident, organised and motivational leader with a passion for prestige vehicles and a proven track record in delivering results. Duties of the Prestige Vehicle Sales Manager - Lead and oversee daily employee operations, ensuring high productivity, structured workflows and compliance with attendance policies. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to develop a motivated, high performing sales team. Manage stock control, vehicle preparation and market analysis to optimize pricing, exposure and turnaround times. Set, monitor and review sales targets and KPIs in partnership with senior management, driving commercial performance. Oversee recruitment, induction and ongoing training to build and maintain a skilled, compliant team. Manage lead allocation and database strategies to maximize new business opportunities and customer engagement. Collaborate with finance teams to identify and refer finance leads, while monitoring invoicing controls and cash flow. Ensure brand standards are upheld through marketing oversight, premises management and representation at key events. Skills - Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and reliability with strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and motivate teams effectively. Passionate about prestige motor vehicles and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proven track record in overseeing sales teams within the prestige motor trade, with solid knowledge of the sales process and customer first ethic. Highly organised with excellent planning, attention to detail and quality orientation to ensure consistent performance. Skilled coach and mentor, able to maintain composure under pressure and positively drive team performance. Strong negotiation abilities combined with specialist industry knowledge and sound decision making. Proficient in IT with relevant educational or vocational qualifications, including health and safety awareness.
