This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys motivating teams and ensuring high standards across quality, safety and productivity. The Role As Shop Floor Supervisor, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring workflows run efficiently and production targets are consistently met. You'll act as the key link between management and the shop floor, supporting operatives while maintaining a structured, high-performing environment.
