Job title: Digital / web marketing executive

With our continued success and growth, RAD is pleased to offer the opportunity for a dynamic and driven digital / web marketing executive to join our marketing team, helping to communicate and amplify our cutting‑edge, smart, marine electric products to a global audience.
The ideal candidate will enjoy combining creativity with data, taking a structured approach to campaign delivery and website optimisation. They will also be someone who enjoys collaboration and supporting colleagues across the business, particularly when working to deadlines around product launches, events and key announcements.
Whilst not necessarily required, an interest in marine technology, sustainability or on‑water experience would be considered advantageous, as understanding our products and customers is central to authentic storytelling.
Summary of key responsibilities
* Running digital marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, optimisation and reporting
* Planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns including paid media, email marketing, SEO and organic social
* Managing and growing RAD’s digital presence across website and social platforms
* Creating compelling content (copy, imagery, video briefs) aligned with brand and product positioning
* Supporting product launches with coordinated digital activity
* Regularly updating, maintaining and optimising the company website
* Monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
* Writing professional marketing copy, case studies, press releases and campaign reports
* Supporting event logistics and producing on‑site reports, social content as required
Skills and experience
* Degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing, marketing, communications or a related field – graduates are encouraged to apply
* Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid search, paid social and analytics
* Experience using website content management systems and understanding of basic SEO best practices
* Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Collaborative mindset and confidence working cross‑functionally with technical teams
