As a QEHS Manager, you will lead the integration and execution of Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety systems across the organization. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain key certifications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both product quality and workplace safety.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational excellence, reduce risk, and build a strong culture of accountability and safety.

About The Job
* Lead and maintain the integrated QEHS management system in alignment with international standards.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
* Plan and lead internal and external audits, ensuring successful certification and regulatory compliance.
* Monitor product quality performance, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and drive corrective actions.
* Manage supplier quality and incoming quality processes.
* Drive root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC).
* Develop and implement environmental programs related to waste, emissions, and energy management.
* Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and support sustainability initiatives.
* Lead health and safety programs, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and workplace inspections.
* Develop and implement EHS procedures for high‑risk environments (e.g., chemicals, high voltage, cleanroom).
* Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety training programs.
* Track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide reporting to leadership and regulatory bodies.
* Promote a strong QEHS culture through training, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve process stability and performance.
About You
* Experience in QEHS, quality management, environmental compliance, or occupational health & safety.
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, ideally 50001).
* Proven experience in audits, compliance management, and continuous improvement.
* Background in manufacturing, industrial, or semiconductor environments is preferred.
* Knowledge of REACH and RoHS regulations is an advantage.
* Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality, or a related field is preferred.
* Certifications such as Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, CQI, or Six Sigma are a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
* Hands‑on, structured, and proactive approach to risk management and improvement.
