Quality Assurance Auditor role in Kent with worldwide travel. Salary £40,000–£65,000 DOE plus travel expenses, bonuses, private healthcare and other benefits. Audit service centres and suppliers across Europe and the Middle East for a global aerospace organisation.
Location: Biggin Hill, Kent (with extensive worldwide travel)
Key responsibilities
* Conduct internal audits across UK and international service centres
* Coordinate and audit mobile maintenance operations
* Manage corrective actions through to closure
* Perform supplier and vendor assessments and approvals
* Support QA projects, reporting and documentation
* Assist with KPI development and monthly QA reporting
* Provide cross-functional QA support, training input and follow-up
* Support QA systems, procedures and continuous improvement activity
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ experience in a technical or regulated environment
* 3+ years’ experience auditing against Quality Management Systems
* Knowledge of aviation or regulated quality systems (e.g. EASA, FAA)
* Experience with audits, reporting and corrective action management
* Comfortable with international travel
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
