We are looking for an Operations Executive to provide remote support to our cleaning operations. You will manage cleaner allocations, communicate with clients, track payments, and update internal systems to ensure all jobs run smoothly from scheduling to completion.

* Allocate cleaners and backup staff to bookings
* Confirm job details and schedules with clients and cleaners
* Monitor payment status and update internal systems
* Handle changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and job outcomes
