An experienced, enthusiastic and motivated nurse is invited to join the Colorectal CNS team at Kettering General Hospital. The role involves leading the team and will be directly responsible for line‑managing the Band 6 CNS, patient support, and administrative staff while working as an autonomous practitioner.
As a vital core member of the Colorectal multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist advice and support to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
The post holder will provide expert clinical care and holistic support to patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer. The successful candidate will work autonomously, manage pressure, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
Significant experience in the care and management of colorectal cancer patients is essential. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic and cohesive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering a high‑quality, patient‑centred service.
