1X2 Network, the industry acclaimed Slot Supplier of the Year (EGR awards 2021), is looking for a Junior Account Administrator. Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management, this is an opportunity to join a creative, fast-growing, independent software company and work directly to help the account management team grow the revenue for the business.

1X2 has pioneered Virtual Gaming products since 2002 and are now at the forefront of game development with over 150 titles, including Virtual Sports, Table Games, Slots, Instant Win and shortly Multiplayer games in the iGaming industry. The company boasts a wide range of household name clients (over 250 to be precise) including Bet365, BetVictor and Entain (Ladbrokes, Coral, Bwin etc).

The Position
The Account Management team is an extremely busy part of the business, managing a large portfolio of clients. With such a vast workload, the team requires extreme organisation and administrative excellence.
Therefore the role of the Account Administrator is crucial for helping the team to operate efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will help the team with a variety of administrative tasks, ranging from maintaining Client knowledge databases, organising our work management boards, ensuring that our client communication channels are effectively being monitored and helping the team to prepare for conferences, trips and meetings.
The role requires an individual who is highly organised, efficient, methodical and ready to work hard to help the Account Management team succeed.
The role is part of an exciting and growing area of the business. Part time and flexible working is available for the right candidate along with opportunities to take on additional projects and responsibilities to grow the role.
Responsibilities
* Helping to organise and maintain our CRM tools
* Assisting the team in managing the sales of our products to our clients, by helping to organise the team’s workflows.
* Helping to arrange meetings, conferences and trips for the account managers.
* Analysing our vast array of data to help the team spot gaps and opportunities.
* Creating clear notes on ongoing tasks and assisting senior members of the team manage projects
* Writing reports and presentations for the account management team, to be distributed to wider parts of the business.
* Support the other account managers when required on day to day business.
Required Experience
* Previous administrative experience within a small team is essential.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is essential, primarily Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Experience of CRM tools such as Podio, Salesforce or similar is highly desirable
* Experience of Monday work management tools is highly desirable
* Experience in the iGaming industry is helpful but not required.

* Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
* Have an interest in the gaming industry (slots in particular), even if you have no direct experience working in it – if you don’t love and live the online gambling industry yet make sure you do by the interview and continue to every day in the job
* Be highly organised and able to multitask, while prioritising workload effectively
* Be proactive, motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Have good problem solving skills
* Great interpersonal skills, we really mean it – you need to get on with anyone and everyone Teamwork is crucial – work well with the current team and learn from each other
