Responsibilities as Assistant Manager:

* Handling all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence
Experience & Qualifications:
* A true passion for outdoor activities such as hiking /climbing / walking ...
* Creating an environment that fosters an excellent experience for customers
* Experience in P&L responsibility, recruitment & training and visual merchandising.
* Track record of driving sales, managing KPI's and improving store performance.
* Strong commercial awareness with ability to analyse retail trends, sales and competitor activity.
