Are you an organised and detail-focused accounts professional looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a well-established business based in Lowestoft, is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to support their finance team on a temporary basis.
The Role
As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of supplier invoices and maintaining accurate financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys transactional finance work and is confident working independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
* Matching, batching, and coding invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Investigating and resolving invoice queries
* Preparing payment runs
* General ad-hoc finance administration to support the team
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience within a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident using accounting software and Excel
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Available to start at short notice

* Based on-site in Lowestoft
