Your Tasks
1. Responsible for coordinating and administering Sales within the MPS Division (Schenck RoTec), delivering growth in line with business strategy and supporting the business to achieve financial targets.
2. Be a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and the internal sales team, assisting with new and existing enquiries for both new and upgraded equipment.
3. Maintain high standards of sales delivery and supporting the growth of our revenue streams.
Your Skills
4. Previous experience in a customer service, sales coordination, or administrative role within industrial machinery, capital equipment, or mechanical engineering sectors.
5. Technical understanding of capital equipment or mechanical systems, with an eagerness to develop knowledge in this area.
6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ideally experience with SAP, CRM systems, or similar software.
9. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
11. Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting sales growth.
12. Be flexible in approach and willing to support other areas of the business when requested.
13. Based at our head office Warwick, under a home / office hybrid working arrangement.
