Hourly Rate: £30.00 per hour PAYE
Role Overview
The UK & Ireland Marketing Strategy Manager is a vital member of the extended brand team. The role involves shaping the brand strategy, leading projects, and executing marketing and launch strategies effectively. Responsibilities include supporting the development of HCP and Patient strategies, fostering collaboration within the brand team, leveraging omnichannel capabilities, and managing financial planning and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for brand growth and launches.
2. Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure unified brand messaging.
3. Utilize omnichannel and digital communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
4. Support financial planning, including budget management and forecasting.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, omnichannel campaigns, and customer journey design.
* Knowledge of digital communications and campaign management is advantageous.
* Proven leadership in coordinating across teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area is preferred.
* Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
