University Leadership Associates (ULA) is the new higher education division of FE Associates, a leading search firm in the Post‑16 Sector. We are seeking a Non‑Executive Development Director to join our team. The successful candidate is a highly experienced senior leader from the higher education sector who has an established network of contacts in UK universities (public and private).
In this role the candidate will support and advise our executive team by connecting us with key contacts and decision‑makers to support our growth plans. The position requires a commitment of two days per month.
