STC is a joint venture between Aecon and FCC Canada Ltd. that was selected by Metrolinx to deliver the Scarborough Subway Extension – Stations, Rails and Systems (SSE-SRS) package. The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTC’s Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough. It will extend from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Avenue and McCowan Road, providing quick and seamless transit for those heading into and out of the downtown core and those travelling within Scarborough. The extension will replace Line 3 (the Scarborough RT), helping to reduce travel times and improve access to jobs, schools, and other key destinations throughout the city.
As part of this project, we are currently looking for aCompliance Coordinator to join our team.
What You Will Do:
* Manage, maintain and update Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows, including initial commitments, invoicing, change orders, variations, claims, and payment applications.
* Utilize platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (Cost module), Power BI, and Excel to streamline reporting, compliance, data visualization, and decision-making.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and automated workflows to support real-time project insights and compliance with the project agreement.
* Promote data governance, quality assurance, and digital literacy across teams.
* Serve as a key liaison between commercial, technical, and digital teams.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and systems.
Experience You Will Bring:
* Minimum 5 years experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
* Proven experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Cost module) or similar construction/project management platforms.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
* Proficiency in Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), in terms of data transfer between different software systems.
* Strong understanding of project cost management workflows and financial controls.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
