Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Paralegal to join their supportive and collaborative team. In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in welcoming new clients, issuing contracts, carrying out AML checks, and keeping case files organised and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to -end onboarding process, from initial client contact to file opening, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
* Prepare and issue engagement letters, client care documents, and service agreements in line with firm policies.
* Carry out identity verification and AML checks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to collect required documentation and resolve onboarding queries.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all client data is stored in line with GDPR and firm protocols.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous experience in a property or conveyancing department is desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail
* Competence in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with Land Registry services, SDLT submissions, and AML regulations is desirable.
* Ideally need a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
