Project Manager needed to lead high-end global restaurant fit-outs for renowned hospitality brand. Managing design, budgets, timelines, and contractor coordination from concept to completion across multiple global sites.
The Position:
This is a Project Manager role within the Design & Projects department, responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of new restaurant sites across all our clients brands. Reporting to the Head of Projects, the position involves managing high-end fit-out projects from initial briefing through design development, procurement, construction, and final handover. The Project Manager will work closely with the executive team and other key stakeholders to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met while maintaining strong communication, risk management, and project oversight throughout all phases.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in high-end construction or fit-out, with exceptional technical ability and a keen eye for detail. Proven experience managing complex projects is essential, as is the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, understand contracts and procurement methods, and use project management tools such as PRINCE2, PRIME, and Microsoft Project. The role demands strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, along with the capacity to problem-solve under pressure, promote collaboration among teams, and maintain accountability for project quality and delivery.
