Are you a procurement professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results while bringing your stakeholders along with you? Join Cross Keys Homes (CKH) as a Procurement Analyst and play a key role in shaping our procurement and contract management standards.
About the Role
As a Procurement Analyst, you'll support the Procurement Manager by procuring contracts of a small to medium size while embedding procurement best practices.
You'll work across the business to implement contract management standards and ensure compliance with the Procurement Act.
Key Responsibilities
* Procure small and medium-sized contracts.
* Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations.
* Lead and support procurement and sourcing strategies across multiple categories.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support procurement projects from planning to execution.
* Implement and monitor contract management standards and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in public sector procurement and contract management.
* Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023.
* Skilled in e-tendering tools, supplier analysis, and KPI development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualifications
* Membership of (or working towards) CIPS.
* Relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma).
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
* Knowledge of Delta e-sourcing.
