Part-time Legal Secretary (FTC)
We are delighted to be seeking a part-time legal secretary to join one of our international law firm clients' teams in London on a 12 Month Fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high‑level secretarial support to partners and solicitors, ensuring client expectations are met and departmental objectives achieved. For this role the working hours are 9:30-5:30, and you will be in the office 3 days a week (flexibility offered after probation).
Key Responsibilities
Audio and copy typing, alongside document processingFormatting documents and preparing professional presentations as directedDiary management for partners and fee earnersProducing bills and managing invoicesOrganising and maintaining accurate files (hard copy and electronic)What we are looking for
