Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Southampton. The Service Advisor will handle various tasks related to customer service, including engaging with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating aftersales service. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, conveying information efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience.
Qualifications
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service skills
* Experience in Customer Service and Communication
* Knowledge of Aftersales service and processes
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Proficiency in handling administrative tasks related to vehicle service
* Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Automotive Technology or related field are beneficial
