Key responsibilities
- Producing monthly management accounts and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support strategic decision‑making
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans
- Analysing business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and business cases
- Providing detailed variance analysis and commentary for senior management
- Supporting month‑end and year‑end processes, ensuring financial information is accurate and reliable
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting processes, controls, and systems
- Supporting finance transformation initiatives and contributing to the ongoing development of the finance function
The client is looking for
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant
- Previous experience within a Management Accounting, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering role
