Job Description
The Senior Accounts Assistant will:
3. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Perform bank reconciliations.
5. Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
6. Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
8. Collaborate with the finance team to improve and streamline procedures.
9. Respond to financial queries and provide support to internal stakeholders.
10. Any ad hoc finance duties as requested by the Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Accounts Assistant will have:
11. Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
12. Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
13. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
14. An understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
15. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
