Then keep reading because we've got the ideal role for someone early in their marketing or communications career to join our Marketing team as a Content & Communications Coordinator in Bristol 2 days a week, with home-based flexibility the remaining days.
About the role
As a Content & Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing our internal and external communications to life. You'll be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content that strengthens our culture, promotes the eXPD8 brand and keeps colleagues across the business informed, valued and connected.
You'll be a hands‑on content creator, comfortable working across a wide range of formats including graphics, video, blogs, social media content and internal communications. Using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and Blink, you'll help deliver creative, high-quality communications that engage our field teams and support our wider marketing and employer brand activity.
This is a hybrid role, so you'll be partially based in our Bristol Head Office for 2 days a week and at home for 3 days a week.
How you'll deliver excellence
* Support the day-to-day running of our internal communications platform Blink, ensuring content is engaging, timely and aligned with business priorities
* Plan and manage content calendars for both internal communications and social media channels
* Create engaging graphics, videos, blogs, colleague stories and campaign content
* Film and edit video content in live environments, including retail stores and colleague interviews
* Monitor engagement metrics and use insights to improve content performance
* Support recruitment marketing and employee referral campaigns with engaging creative content
* Help deliver engagement initiatives, recognition campaigns and culture‑building communications
* Maintain brand consistency and ensure all content follows eXPD8 brand guidelines
What makes you excellent
* Bristol based, working 2 days per week in our Central Office
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or content creation
* A creative storyteller with strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
* Confident creating social media content and digital communications
* Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
* Comfortable filming and editing video content and appearing in front of camera
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* A proactive mindset with a passion for new ideas, trends and creative content
