The successful candidate will work alongside an existing Management Accountant and report directly to the Finance Director. The role will focus on delivering high-quality management accounts and cost accounting insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
* Cost accounting and financial performance reporting
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
* Collaborating with internal teams to drive financial efficiency
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in management accounts and cost accounting
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified, Part-Qualified, or Qualified by Experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
