Catch 22 are working with one of the UK's leading property developers, who are looking for a professional and adaptable Receptionist / Building Host to provide cover across six commercial office properties in Newcastle. Based primarily in the vibrant creative quarter of Newcastle City Centre, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional first impression for tenants and visitors, while also providing emergency cover at additional locations across the city centre and one property in Gosforth. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet tenants, clients and visitors, ensuring a consistently warm and professional welcome. Provide show rounds for prospective tenants and guests. Answer and transfer calls, take messages, and manage enquiries efficiently. Support the smooth running of the help desk, assisting with any problems or queries reported. Drive the Guest Services offering, ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times. Assist with day-to-day needs such as stamping car park passes, offering directions, and supporting tenants with ad-hoc requests. Act as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors, ensuring communication is clear and timely. The Ideal Candidate: To be passionate, professional, confident, individual who is keen and a quick learner Good IT skills High levels of attention to detail & organisational skills Strong team player & willingness to help Enjoys the variety that comes with working in different locations Front of house / Receptionist experience would be an advantage This position would be ideal for anyone with previous corporate face to face customer service experience such as retail, hospitality or housekeeping Flexible and ability to adapt when needed to work at another location - This role will be working in 5 locations in Newcastle City Centre plus 1 other in Gosforth with easy access to public transport. Role Package: Salary of £28,000 Generous annual company bonus (Starting in 2026) Full time, Permanent contract 40 hours contact, working Mon-Fri, between hours of 8am-6pm Smart uniform provided for some sites (Smart casual dress at others) Travel expenses paid outside of base location.
