What is the role?
The Market Research team undertakes a range of surveys to collect information on the opinions, experiences and preferences of our customers. This helps ensure we can provide the best service and inform future planning for the airport. You will be an on-site ambassador, interacting with the public across landside and airside areas. Surveys are primarily conducted on tablets. Most shifts are solitary, but you are part of a wider team, with a roster published a year in advance.
If you enjoy interacting with the public and helping to develop the airport of the future, this is the role for you. Shift times vary depending on survey needs and passenger/flight targets. A typical week is 20 hours, rostered between 05:00 and 23:00, spread over three 6–7 hour shifts across up to 7 days a week.
What will you do?

* Plan your day in response to quotas and flight demands.
* Interview in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
* Record quotas and update spreadsheets on Microsoft Teams.
* Attend quarterly team meetings and contribute to the wider team’s success.

What are we looking for?
* Market Research experience is an advantage.
* Airport knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
* Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking); other languages are a plus.
* Ability to work well in a team and autonomously on own initiative.
* Experience working towards and prioritising targets.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
* Able to approach and engage people and deliver a great customer experience.
