Finance Integration Lead
Location: Petersfield – travel to Manchester may be required.
Rate: £500 per day (per experience).
Engage in full‑time, temporary work, 37 hours per week (Mon‑Thu 8am‑4pm, Fri 8am‑3:30pm).
Reporting to the Finance Director.
Role Overview
The main purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the integration of Company M into the Company K entity within a compressed timeline, ensuring technical accuracy, clear documentation, and minimal disruption to ongoing UK Finance operations.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive the end‑to‑end integration plan.
* Coordinate cross‑entity workstreams and stakeholders.
* Support VAT TOGC, PAYE migration and Corp Tax treatment alongside Group & External advisor.
* Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Confirm post‑transfer management reporting structure.
* Support preparation of March fair value adjustments.
* Ensure correct entity allocation and robust documentation.
Qualifications
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Strong technical accounting background.
* Experience in entity integrations or carve‑out.
* ERP implementation or migration experience.
* PLC reporting environment exposure.
