Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers through proactive and reactive approaches.
* Educate customers on various banking services and options, ensuring they make informed decisions about their financial needs.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, providing a seamless experience for customers.
* Take ownership of customer outcomes, identifying gaps and taking mitigating actions to ensure good customer experiences.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a customer service environment with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A background in a regulatory environment is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use technology effectively.
* A customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
* Conduct financial reviews with customers, providing accurate information to inform their decisions.
* Manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
* Support the bank's way of working to help as many customers as possible.
* Maintain relationships with colleagues and stay aware of the wider aims of the business.
