Location: Furze Brake, Whitepit Lane, Newport, PO30 1NJ

Contract Duration: 2+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay rate: £ 12.50 per hour

Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties across various estate properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and staircases by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with local regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Restock cleaning supplies and inform management when new supplies are needed.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Person Specification
Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
